As owner of her own company and previously as Managing Director of the European Division of an international training corporation, Susannah has spent the last 6-7 years on the development and provision of outsourced training services to large blue chip organisations.  In her most recent work she has helped to define, shape and develop the training services of a major Pharmaceutical company. In addition she continues to provide consultancy services to major organisations across a range of industry both in the private and public sector.

Susannah has worked with a broad range of companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Serco, Orange, Dun & Bradstreet, ITV, NatWest Markets, the Civil Service, Maersk and PMI, implementing learning strategies which have realised a major transformation in the nature of the contract and the services provided for the client. This has included a significant change in the modality of training with major advances in eLearning content development, including shrinkwrap, rapid and bespoke content as well as the implementation of LMS systems that support over 100,000 users globally.  She is a pioneer in the use of Live eLearning environments delivering over 1,000,000 minutes of Live eLearning using live trainers in virtual classrooms.

In addition to her love of technology and learning she is passionate about the development of leaders and partnering with them to help them sharpen their performance edge and realise their full potential.

Current Role: Portfolio Career including Executive Coach; Process Improvement Consultant; Learning Solutions Consultant; partner in Kayakzoo Ltd, supplier of training resources for Systems Integrators particularly servicing the Public Sector.

Particular areas of expertise include: Corporate Compliance, Regulatory and Risk Management training consultancy, Process Improvement Projects including off-shore resources, Requirements Analysis, Change Management Consultancy for Learning Modality, self paced e-Learning, Virtual Classroom delivery, Learning Management System Implementation and the Outsourcing of Training departments.

From a background in IT Training, Mark joined Knowledgepool and in the late 1990’s helped them to establish their Major Projects business aimed at supporting the growing number of major IT projects being driven by the Year 2000 problem.

During his tenure, Mark and his team delivered some of the UK’s largest and most complex training programmes including the pathway project for the Post Office (70,000 users in 19,000 locations) as well as many other programmes for both the public and private sector. As a result Mark has a unique understanding of the complexities of communication and logistics that affect major training programmes.

Having been instrumental in the provision of Corporate programmes for most if not all Central Government Departments as well as for organisations that deliver services to the public as a whole, John can lay claim to have managed training that has had an  indirect impact on all our lives!
