Transition Coaching – working with client’s who are typically in their first 90 days to help fast track your new talent into their role.

e-Coaching – using a combination of face to face and virtual coaching to deliver a more flexible and cost effective model for coaching delivery.

Coaching in the Workplace – 2 Days Classroom, plus 1 virtual coaching session.  This is an experiential based course which will cover the basic techniques of coaching and how to put them into practice in the work environment.
